Pediatric & Neonatal Infection Control

Infection prevention is essential in neonatal and pediatric healthcare settings due to the vulnerability of infants and children. This study examines infection control practices, hand hygiene compliance, and antimicrobial stewardship in neonatal units. Enhanced nursing education and strict infection prevention protocols significantly reduced hospital-acquired infections. The findings support continuous surveillance and evidence-based infection control strategies.
