High-Risk Pregnancy & Obstetric Complications
High-risk pregnancies require specialized monitoring and coordinated healthcare interventions to prevent maternal and fetal complications. This paper examines the management of conditions such as gestational diabetes, hypertension, preeclampsia, and multiple pregnancies. Findings demonstrate that early diagnosis and evidence-based obstetric care significantly improve maternal and neonatal outcomes. The study supports enhanced prenatal surveillance and multidisciplinary approaches in high-risk maternal healthcare.
