Family-Centered Neonatal Care
Family-centered neonatal care promotes active parental involvement in the treatment and recovery of hospitalized newborns. This research evaluates the impact of parental participation, emotional support, and communication strategies in neonatal intensive care settings. Findings indicate improved parental satisfaction, stronger bonding, and better neonatal developmental outcomes. The study recommends integrating family-centered approaches into neonatal nursing practice.
